Q: DO YOU SHARE MY ACCOUNT INFORMATION AND/OR PURCHASE HISTORY WITH ANYONE?
Absolutely not. Unless there is a court order involved your information will never be shared with anyone.
Q: HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER? WHERE IS MY TRACKING NUMBER?
Once your order has shipped, an email with your tracking number is sent to the email address you provided when you placed the order. If you did not receive your tracking number please check your spam filter settings.
Q: MY ORDER WAS CANCELLED, WHAT HAPPENED?
Check your email. Occasionally we have to cancel an order. Cancellations can be caused by our inability to reach you with questions we may have regarding your order, alterations to the order, or for violation of our site policies. We try our best not to cancel orders without providing a reason via phone and/or email. In accordance with ATF regulations, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason and without the requirement of notification.
Q. DOES GROUND ZERO PRECISION OFFER TOURS OR HAVE A RETAIL STORE / SHOWROOM WHERE I CAN VIEW YOUR PRODUCTS IN PERSON?
A. We do not have a retail store at this time and our current facilities are not open to the public. Ground Zero Precision manufactures many components for DoD, State & Local Governments, etc., the sensitive nature of which cannot allow non-employee access to any of our facilities.
Q. DOES GROUND ZERO PRECISION OFFER CUSTOM GUNSMITH SERVICES?
A. No. We do not provide custom gunsmith services
Q. DOES GROUND ZERO PRECISION DO FFL TRANSFERS?
A. We do not offer FFL transfers for controlled items purchased through our website. Any order containing a lower receiver will need to be shipped to a registered FFL.
Q. I BOUGHT A FIREARM FROM YOU AND I'M HAVING PROBLEMS WITH IT. CAN I SEND IT TO YOU FOR REPAIR?

IMPORTANT! YOU MUST include a copy of your state issued ID, your contact information AND a note describing the issue you are having with the firearm. Per ATF regulations we CAN NOT legally possess your firearm without this information. Firearms received without this required information, and after we have exhausted every effort to identify ownership, MUST and WILL be destroyed according to ATF guidelines.

Q. DO YOU GUYS OFFER RAIN CHECKS?
A. Currently we do not offer rain checks on any of our products.
Q. HOW DO I GET NOTIFIED ONCE A CERTAIN ITEM IS IN STOCK?

Q. WHAT IS YOUR RECOMMENDED BARREL BREAK-IN PROCEEDURE?
A. Barrel break-in will depend on the type of steel and coatings in the barrel. Generally speaking, QPQ barrels do not need break-in, but those seeking maximum accuracy will want to follow an abbreviated session outlined below.
*Note- Shooters may use any solvent to dissolve and clean copper in the bore so long as it is appropriate to the application and will not mar the finish of the bore. Consult with the manufacturer of the solvent to ensure appropriate application.
All shooting should be in a cold bore. No more than one shot every five seconds.
*Note- To ensure appropriate break-in, these procedures must be the first shots out of the bore. Ground Zero Precision does not recommend rapid fire immediately upon reciept until after break-in or an extended slow-fire session for accuracy testing.
4150 & 416-R QPQ Barrels
- Shoot once, clean copper out. Repeat this twice.
- Shoot five rounds, clean copper out.
- Shoot ten rounds, clean copper out.
Bare 416-R Barrels
- Shoot once, clean copper out. Repeat five times.
- Shoot five rounds, clean. Repeat twice.
- Shoot ten rounds, clean. Repeat Twice.
Caution: DO NOT use sectional steel cleaning rods like those found in military cleaning kits. Multi-sectional steel rods can damage the bore of bare stainless barrels when used incorrectly.

A. Yes, with proper documentation!
This discount applies only those currently serving as or honorably discharged from police/firefighter/military/field first responders (EMT's, Medics, Field Nurse, etc.) services. Discount applies to reservists, under the same conditions. Discount does not apply to support staff or civilians; only those honorably discharged, sworn, under oath & arms, or uniform.

Q. WHAT TYPE OF VERIFICATION DO I NEED TO SUBMIT TO VERIFY MY MILITARY, VETERAN, LAW ENFORCEMENT OR FIRST-RESPONDER STATUS?
A. You can use many different types of verification. If you are retired military/veteran, the common form is your DD214. For active status military, you can upload any certificate or document showing your branch and full name as an attachment to your Help Desk ticket or simply shoot us an email with the information requested above from your .mil email address. Any personal information you would not like shared can be blacked out, i.e. social security number, ID number etc. Law enforcement and first responders can submit ID card verification.
Q. CAN YOU APPLY MILITARY DISCOUNTS RETROACTIVELY?
A. We cannot apply discounts to orders that have already been placed, but we can change your account to receive the proper discount on future purchases.
